At Urban Veil, we want you to love your hijabs. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Items are free from perfume, makeup, or other odors
  • Items were not purchased during a final sale or clearance event

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undercaps and undergarments
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the return to the address provided

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different color or size, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@urbanveil.net with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
